We only deliver within Australia.

What freight methods are available?

Wholesalers & Account Customers - Road freight or air freight.

Consumers (Retail ordering) - Standard parcel service. Delivery times are below.

How much do I pay for delivery?

Wholesalers & Account Customers

• Metro area road freight - $16+GST
• Country area road freight - $26+GST
• Air Bags: $17+GST for 3kg or $25+GST for 5kg and $25+GST for each additional 5kg

Consumers (Retail ordering) – Postage fee is calculated by weight at the following rates:

• upto 1KG - $9.90
• 1-4KG - $13.95
• 4-10KG - $20.90

• Auskick and Indoor Cricket Ball orders receive free postage.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Wholesalers & Account Customers – Your standard delivery lead times will apply. 

Consumers (Retail ordering) – Metro areas 2-3 days. Rural areas 3-5 days. Auskick guernsey customers - please allow 2 weeks. 

What happens if I don't receive my order?

If you have not received your order after the timeframes indicated above, please contact our customer service department at sales@sekem.com.au.
