All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

Do your prices include GST?

Retailers (Wholesale Ordering) – Prices visible for retailers are exclusive of GST. After creating an account, existing discount structures will be reflected (ie each retailer sees their own pricing structure).

Consumers (Retail Ordering) – Prices visible to consumers or indoor cricket centres purchasing Burley Sekem products are inclusive of GST.


Can I pay using Paypal?

You can pay via Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use Paypal. You can pay with your credit card using Paypal.

Do you accept credit card?

We accept credit card payments using Visa & Mastercard. You will be redirected to Paypal once submitting your order, and you can enter your credit card details there.

How do I get a wholesale account?

Click here to register for a wholesale account. Your application will be reviewed by Burley Sekem and we will activate your account. You will receive an email when we have activated your account. If you have not received your activation email within 5 days please email

What are your payment methods?

We offer Paypal and credit card payments (through Paypal) for our COD customers.

Credit approved customers simply click "On Account" and then "Submit". Your order will be processed and dispatched along with an invoice. 

Can I re-order items quickly?

Yes, you can repeat any previous order simply and quickly by logging in to your account and clicking on the Repeat Orders link.

I want to order more products of yours, but they aren't featured in the Burley Sekem Online Store?

Currently consumers (retail ordering) are only able to purchase AFL Boys Sleeveless Replica Guernsesys and Burley Indoor Cricket Balls. We will be adding more of our products to the Burley Sekem Online Store in due course. In the mean time, please contact to find your nearest stockist.

Do you offer refunds/returns?

We do offer refunds/returns in particular circumstances. Please note that the following refers only to Burley Sekem products purchased from If you have purchased one of our products via another site or retail outlet, please contact them directly to arrange a refund or return.

If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact with your purchase details. We will arrange for you to receive a replacement as soon as possible, or a full refund if a replacement is not available.

If your item is wrongly sized, please contact with your purchase details. In this instance we are happy to arrange an exchange for a more appropriate size, providing your original garment is returned to us unworn. Please note Sekem takes no responsibility for postage & handling fees incurred returning the garment.
